I make sure our design process follows certain rules and gets better over time. I also make sure our designs meet what the users want and what our company needs.
My responsibilities include making plans for how we design products. I oversee everything from coming up with ideas to actually making the designs. It's important that our designs look good, are easy to use, and do what our customers need them to do.
I work closely with engineers and Product Managers to make sure our designs fit well with how the product works My job is to watch what's happening in our industry and see how things are changing. I also encourage my team to be creative and come up with new ideas. I try to make sure we always make our designs better and improve how we work.
